| Rush, rush, rush! | | | | Well, we certainly cannot change society all at once, |
| Got to get up in the morning, get a shower, eat | | | | right? |

| Rush to make a seemingly endless number of | | | | I have an overall life view that I find works very well |

| Mandatory, if you want to keep your job that is! | | | | It can be summed up in one sentence. |
| Watch the clock to leave work right at 5p sharp! | | | | Here it goes.... |
| Nope! Still doesn't end there! | | | | WE'RE HERE FOR ABOUT ONE HUNDRED YEARS |
| You're not just watching the clock because you can't | | | | ANYWAY! |
| wait for the workday to end, you have to pick your | | | | And, that's about it! |

| Nope! Still doesn't end here! | | | | An example: |
| You are watching the clock all through the pilates class | | | | If I'm going to be here for about one hundred years |
| you decided to take. | | | | anyway, maybe I wouldn't mind setting some time |
| As soon as the class is over, you race to make it | | | | aside to spend with my child, I guess I could go for a |

| Nope! Not even over here! | | | | You may begin to not mind doing many of these things |
| YOU GET UP THE NEXT DAY AND DO IT ALL | | | | any longer! |
| OVER AGAIN! | | | | You may notice that you have begun to learn the |
| So, what do we have here? | | | | inherent value of spending quality time with someone |
| A life packed full of rushing through almost every | | | | special to you in your life! |

| So, what exactly does that mean? | | | | things that are important to them. |
| When you go too fast, you mess things up. | | | | Consider the following: |
| Let me be a little more specific: | | | | If something is important to you, why would you even |
| FAST = MESSY | | | | want to rush through it? |
| Now, try replacing all of those rushing and racing terms | | | | If something is important to you, wouldn't you want it to |

| of us, with the word mess or messy. | | | | through and full of mistakes? |
| What do you end up with? | | | | If someone is important to you, don't you want to |
| A MESSY LIFESTYLE! | | | | spend time with them? |
| Or, more succinctly, just a MESS! | | | | I really do believe that most people would benefit from |
| And, I certainly cannot speak for everyone, and would | | | | analyzing how they are spending their time. |
